    Not good anymore since Jean Nice ( previous owner) passed away from cancer. The new owner her criminal son is not a good person he is a bully... anyone else in her family would have been better at running and fixing up the trailer park then he is its a mess, he steals things from people then trys and gets them to leave the park and leave their trailer so he can sell it for more money.... it used to be a good family friendly place but now the Owen is what makes it not family friendly backseat he exposes himself to women witch is disgusting but what makes it worse is he exposes himself in front of their children. Also the trailer park itself is a mess tractors everywhere skids piled everywhere I don't think the trailers are put on lots properly.... so if you are thinking of going don't also you should check out the Facebook page people vs sandshell trailer park aka Wayne Nice.
